Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
Thomas Heitkemper Phd is a true professional with total interest of the patient with a unique prospective on how best to deal with the situation.Individual needs are evaluated combined with medical history and present conditions are skillfully interwoven.
