We provide community based living for older adults. Our primary focus is supporting those dealing with complex social issues, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, and mental illness.
Our caring and compassionate staff meets residents needs through excellent personalized care and services. It is our goal to promote a strong sense of community within our facility. Whether a resident is independent or requires some assistance, we have the ability to assist them in a unique, understanding environment that promotes success.
By dealing with behaviors and other issues that are common with mental illness and related disorders in a proactive manner, residents enjoy life while functioning at their full potential.
Several services are available at Hampton Supportive Care. We offer both semi private and private rooms along with:
* Three home cooked meals and snacks daily
* Compassionate 24 hour awake staff
* Assistance with Medication Management
* Personal assistance with daily needs
* Housekeeping and laundry services
* Activity programming offering a wide variety of options to our residents
* Individual Service Planning to ensure each resident has their medical, social, spiritual and physical needs met
* Coordination with providers to assist in health management
* Physician and psychiatric services available within the facility by reputable outside providers
* Ability to work with hospice and therapy providers if necessary
*Some funding options are available
Admission to Hampton Supportive Care starts with an email or phone call to our staff to begin the process.
Moving into a new living arrangement can be stressful and time consuming. We encourage residents and involved parties to come and tour to see what we offer, ask questions, meet our staff and get a feel for the facility.
If a person is interested, a personal assessment is conducted to ensure that our staff is able to provide the highest quality of care and all of the person's needs are fully met.
A stay at Hampton Supportive Care can range from 24 hours up to 29 days for a respite stay (allowing a primary caregiver to take a well deserved break), a short term admission can be arranged for a few months and permanent placement is also available at the facility.
Hampton Supportive Care is licensed as a Class CNA facility, allowing us to care for those residents who are using a cane, walker or wheelchair.
