I find that the journey ultimately leads to a deep level, connecting you to your center and drawing you to a loving and peaceful relationship with yourself. While the work of this journey is challenging, I believe there may be little we do that is more important, for it affects all that we are.
Relating deeply with a healthy emotional life brings peace and gives energy to what is meaningful to us. I work with you to build emotional strength, self awareness, skills for intentional living and connection to self and others.
