After working with this provider on and off for three years because I was severely depressed and having suicidal thoughts, I made the mistake of bringing my husband (then boyfriend) into her office for couples therapy. He came in with a poor mindset - he wanted to "win" the "arguments" rather than compromise and actually resolve our problems. To that end, he quickly stated a handful of misleading half-truths and a couple outright lies. She immediately turned on me and took his "side" 100%. She never bothered to ask me about his accuracy or give me much chance to respond to his statements. I was so shocked that I didn't know how to respond. Fortunately, he grew up and we eventually worked out our problems on our own. I never went back and she never so much as bothered to pick up a phone and check on my well-being. Avoid this provider like the plague if you are seeking help for depression or couples therapy.
