A wise staff member how ive meet while going there is you get out the program what you put into it, when you work hard and participate in the program and strive for wellness and understanding about what your going through not being afraid to ask your own question while in the program, there no limit to how much you can learn and how much wellness you can have, a famous quote I like to use it dont judge because to judge is to think you know the facts about something without knowing the facts, meaning if your first day at the program you feel like nothing has change, and in reality is it did, another wise person that I meet said to me its a new begining and it was mentally spiritual and emotional even physically, its about not only growing in the program its about growing in life with yourself, there is staff but its not about them its about the peoples who in there to get help thats they job not judgeing disorders but helping you understand and to except it if your in denial !!!!(*^!^*)
