Extremely helpful - therapy is about being open and honest with oneself . Neil was very helpful ib diagnosing and directing the right care for us . I don't have to agree with everything he says but found him to be very professional and knowledgeable . Highly recommend him to anyone in need of counseling / psychological assistance .

Dr. Garofano is full of himself he seems to always take the womens side he was incredibility obnoxious he make my wife feel very uncomfortable with leading questions about our sex life and we were there for an evaluation for my child I would not recommend him at all I think he is in need of therapy
