Lot of typos in an inaccurate, ruthless report. After reading such report, it would be enough for someone who is not very mentally strong to be pushed to the edge. Do yourself a favor and skip it if you are going for an evaluation.

They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. Also, Dr. Ford, working for a workers compensation insurance company, claimed I had a narcisstitic and dependent personality disorder. A neuropsychologist, who was not paid by an insurance company, found no basis whatsoever for Dr. Ford's conclusions. It seems that Dr. Ford was biased in favor of being paid by the insurane company rather than being concerned with the welfare of the patient and concern with the truth.
