Dr Elwell is extremely kind, compassionate and considerate. I typically feel very anxious going into my appointments. At the end of the session I feel so much better and "armored" if you will to face the world. She really is such a good listener. Love her.

This "professional" was frequently condescending and rude. More than once she double-booked my appointments, and ignored (or forgot) basic requests such as leaving messages on my family answering machine. Overall, a terrible experience.
