I am so thankful and grateful that Dr. Begali was my psychologist. Initially I went to Dr. Begali for a Neuropsychological test because of a recent change in my medical condition. I was so impressed by her pleasant and professional demeanor, and how quickly she was to capture what I was dealing with. About two weeks later, I decided that I needed to see her for my growing depression, because of multiple events that where rather overwhelming and confusing. As a veteran, I was very comfortable talking with her, regardless how ugly I felt the topic was. She helped me sort through my "trash" and PTSD in an effective manner that made sense. She also made recommendations of tests that other medical Doctors could perform in hopes of eliminating possibilities of what was causing my worsened medical condition. Having those tests done provided much comfort of knowing what wasn't wrong. I was very fortunate to have her in my corner. even when my PTSD went sideways.
