Dr Feinfeld herself caused me anxiety during my last session. This was due to her inability to let small details go (exact birthdates of everyone in my family, specific months and years I was employed at every job, etc) and to focus on the big picture of why I was there-- trauma. She would not stop as I told her my anxiety level was rising since she wouldn't let up. She then agreed half-heartedly to help calm me down even though I only had 2 minutes left and the next person was banging on the door (still my appt time). This didn't work and then she told me I had to leave. When I said that I would now be anxious about this for the next 2 weeks, she told me the next patient was waiting and I had to leave. Doctors are supposed to help people. NOT contribute to their anxiety and send them away with a 'see you in 2 weeks.' I may give her one more appt but that will be #4 and she hasn't even brought up the reason why I'm there in the first place.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
