The address listing on this site is the old address, the new address is down the road at 2441 W. SR426, Suite 1021, Oviedo, FL 32765. The phone number has also changed, the new number is 407-706-0622. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There is always plenty of parking and the parking is up near the front of the building. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a friendly staff. Not only did the doctor not rush my appointment, he even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
