I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. i have been going there 8 years with no results

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
