Been seeing Dr. Cotton for over a year now for my PTSD. I've seen a number of providers over the years. Dr. Cotton is a favorite. Competent, compassionate, and extremely helpful.

I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and every time I try to get an appointment they never have anything available at a time that works for me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
