I went to Cornerstone at a particularly difficult time in my life. My primary physician escorted me to the office which was adjacent to his at the time. I saw Tammy Bowles and she was fantastic! She helped me sort out many issues that were long standing and giving me difficulty in my life. I have recommend others to her as well. If you need to talk to someone and are willing to give it a try I think counseling is wonderful. Not all counselors are the same. I had tried before finding her and it just did not work but she was heaven sent at just the right moment and in the right place.

I went as a 15 year old for years I am now 18 and can still firmly say I hated it my Counselor talked about random things the whole time and did not help me what-so-ever
