Due to the pandemic, finding a psychologist/therapist in nearly impossible. After searching over 30 in-network providers accepting new patients, Condiff's office told me they are accepting new patients but it would be almost 45 days for a first appointment. I explained my trouble seeking a professional and set my appointment. I received electronic form that day to fill out and return which I did that day as well. Enduring my anxiety issues but pleased I have secured a professional's help, I waited.

ONE WEEK before my scheduled appointment I get a call saying I would not be seen. I expressed that 5 weeks ago I stopped searching since I had secured an appointment, now the stress of the cancelation and having to start a new search was distressing. I was then given a second excuse for the cancellation, I asked which excuse it it? Silence. I asked if they could refer any other doctor and I was told they would get back to me with referrals, they have not.

This irresponsible action was distressing and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone contact Dr. Condiff for treatment.
