Their office was simple enough to find. I usually have a poor sense of direction but I found it fairly easily. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate both the receptionist and Dr. McLendon was over the phone. The receptionist was awful on the phone and when she gave me the phone number of Dr. McLendon, it was her cell phone and she did not want to help me or provide me with anyone that can. Obviously, I called Dr. McLendon for help and she chose not to help me. I would not recommend this person to anyone. If I could give no stars, I would.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered.
