They charged me 900.00 for 10 minutes said they took my insurance but wouldn't tell me if I was in their network…or if I had a co pay…said they would run my insurance later. She was rude didn't listen to me and gave me a RX that my insurance wouldn't cover and said because I've taken 1 SSRI that none of them would work! Gave me a RX but didn't trust her to know what to give me since she wouldn't let me talk and snapped at me when I had a question!!!! So upsetting I was shaking when I left office!! Please don't go they are scamming people for money not help!

AVOID THIS PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC. My son was being treated for extreme OCD by Dr. Rao. The office failed to submit proper paperwork to insurance so there was a delay in payment. Due to the delay in payment, I was told Dr. Rao would not see my son nor refill his medication. My son was on the verge of a life threatening relapse due to not receiving his meds but Dr. Rao still would not see him nor refill his meds. My insurance company has informed me that the contract Dr. Rao signed specifically states that he can not refuse services due to payment issues. Dr. Rao still refused to see my son and he withheld treatment without regard to my sons well being. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Psychaitric Medical Board.
