If you want good mental health care, stay away from Centerstone unless you want your mental health to deteriorate. Terrible service. Communication is poor. No one seems to know what the other is doing. Overloaded health providers can't keep up with their patients. Because of this, it is common for patients to be unable to refill their medications for several weeks, leaving them without. Calls go unreturned. No one seems to care about the patients. Very unprofessional.
