My son and I began seeing a therapist here in March of 2015. She was helpful in helping my son to open up and I was glad for the additional support he was receiving. However, the therapist, while very helpful, was not reliable. I'd reach out to her to confirm a planned appointment and she'd not have it on her books...there was an occasion where she did not show up to an appointment, leaving us waiting. I came to understand that she had been met with a personal situation and was very understanding of that fact...but I never heard from her after that. Even in reaching out to the director of the center, I heard nothing back. This experience was very disappointing, as I was hoping that this therapist would act as long-term additional support for my son. For these reasons, I would not recommend this center.
