This was an awful experience. I went a few years back and felt very uncomfortable with the counselor. My son went recently and wanted to retrieve the diagnosis on paper for the Marines. The office staff and counselor were very rude. The counselor called me and told me my son, which is above age, was fine. He did not see any signs of depression or need for medication. When my son called to see if he could see the counselor and talk about getting a paper for the Marines, the counselor got on the phone and told my son, "I thought you were not depressed." when my son said he wasn't, the counselor said,"then there is no reason for you to come in, goodbye." Then I called and asked the counselor to call me back, he had called me and discussed my son's appointment before, so there was no reason he could not call me back, but my call went ignored. Then my husband stopped by to figure out what was going on, but the counselor was out, and the office ladies were rude. My son and I are going I first thing Monday morning, with a lawyers advice. We will see how they handle that.
