This is a Community Outpatient Mental Health Clinic consisting of 31 dedicated staff members who serve a patient population of approximately 2000.

Our providers speak many languages, including Spanish, English, Russian, Ukraine, Hebrew and Polish.

Clinical services are provided by psychiatrists, nurse specialists, psychologists, licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors and mental health trainees.

We are dedicated to the delivery of rapid and competent services in a high-quality and respectful environment. Our service delivery is within a multidisciplinary framework where all relevant disciplines collaborate to ensure that the consumer/patient receives the most comprehensive and appropriate treatment for any presenting problem.

We are specialists in major depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders and many others referenced in the DSM-IV.

We value patients from all ethnic, racial, linguistic and lifestyle orientations and remain committed to equality and respect in our collaborative work with all who come to this facility for help.

Initial psychotherapeutic assessment can usually be conducted within one week of your call for services and, if medications are required as an addition to treatment, these appointments will be made on a needs basis and according to the availability of our prescribing staff.

Our staff include prescribers who are educated and trained as psychiatrists and registered nurse clinical specialists.

Our Doctoral staff are trained as Ph.D.s in Psychology.

Our Masters-level staff include MSW, M.Ed., M.A., M.S.

There is one Psy.D. candidate now employed with us while continuing toward completion of the Doctoral Degree.

Our supportive office staff include bilingual receptionists, Intake Coordinator, Psychiatric Coordinator, Director of Operations, and Medical records.

All of our staff have been educated to the credentialing requirements in their respective disciplines and continue regular educational trainings so as to keep current in the latest developments in the general areas of mental health.

Additionally, all licensed staff adhere to their respective Boards so as to fulfill the Continuing Education requirements that govern their respective disciplines.

The Director holds a Bachelor's Degree, a Masters of Science Degree, and a Ph.D., all in the discipline of Psychology or Clinical Psychology.

He is licensed and has been trained and educated in accredited universities and has been a founding member of professional psychological associations/societies.

The Director has been certified by the Association of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, the Louisiana Biofeedback Society and the British Psychological Society.

Many of our staff are similarly credentialed by their own organizations within their respective disciplines.

I've had both my children here and have also gone myself, the woman I went to after our second meeting was completely confused we were speaking for over 45 min when she finally realized she was looking at the wrong CHART. Never went back.

Waiting room is very busy, I guess people want to come here! It can be overwhelming at times because the hallways are narrow, but when you are in with the therapist it is like a whole new world. Transforming! I can't wait for my appointment each week!
