They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Every time I go, they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel important. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
