I felt much more comfortable in their office when I noticed how clean it was. I can get sick kind of easily sometimes, so it was nice to see that they took the time to regularly clean and sterilize their office. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually get back to me within the same day. I'm never left waiting for long. I've already started to recommend them to everyone I know. They made a huge impact in my life. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time, or notify me sufficiently ahead of time. Personally, I've found Dr. Bloch to be very concerned and helpful; never offensive or disrespectful of my boundaries in any way. I've been seeing him for anxiety, which isn't his specialty, but I still find that he's been very helpful in providing me with the guidance I need, and listens with compassion, and without judgment to the issues I have.

Mr. Bloch is a Social Worker, not a psychologist. He calls himself a "psychotherapist." He is far out of his league and dangerous to his clients, in my opinion. He has boundary issues that are detrimental to the health of those who seek his care, and he is cruel, when it suits him.
