During my appointments, their attention is always completely on me. They always listen very intently, and have never done anything to make me feel like they weren't paying attention or didn't care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
