I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

This Alfredo person doesn't know what he is talking about..you know why? Because he doesn't even know this professional's assistant's name (it's not Aleida, by the way) and he's calling her incompetent?! Come on, man! She is the sweetest, is excellent at what she does, and genuinely cares about patients' needs! He's also being way too judgmental for one key mishap. It could have happened to anyone! And by the way, psychological testing takes a long time to accomplish and is essential to determine diagnosis and treatment needs. Ask any psychologist out there.

Listen to someone who has seen Dr. Artiles for years, from stress management to psychological testing for my kids. She is the real deal and every person I have referred to her (friends, coworkers, relatives) all agree!! She is detailed in her work and will make sure you leave her office with a fresh perspective. Thank you Dr. Artiles! You are great!!!
