Lisa has strong expertise is highly empathetic and genuinely seems like an authentic person. At first she makes you feel very comfortable...but as time goes on she helps you do the work that you both want to and don't want to do....after a while she keeps just the right amount of movement going so that you get to your issue in the most supported environment. I've had many therapists over the years, she rates up there with the best.
