Dr Mallick has to be the worst psychiatrist we have used in over a decade! She is unhelpful and rude. Her office hours are very minimal. She was supposed to call in a prescription for my daughter, but never did! Now she is completely out, and her office/answering service will do nothing to help us...not even page her! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! I would suggest you DO NOT use her!

I've been going to this practice for quite sometime with a 6-7 month GAP at one point. I've seen both John and Peter there at different times and can't speak highly enough about them. They were both upstanding professionals who helped we through some difficult times.

Until my most recent experience there I would have recommended this practice to anyone without hesitation. Now there is zero chance that I would ever send anyone to this place.

When I showed up for my most recent appointment I was told that due to a change in my insurance they had canceled it. To be fair I had just changed my phone number and they told me they did try to call me on the old one with no success.

This is when Adam the "Director of Opperations" informed me that actually the insurance change also now meant that I needed to see a new provider and I'd have to pay $280 to basically become a new patient again.

By now I'm upset, I'm not raising my voice however I'm become more and more upset. On the verge of tears I tried to explain to him that I didn't understand what was going on and at this point I also told him that even though I was no longer being seen that day I still needed a note that at least said I was at the office. I tried to explain how important this note was and he said "I'm done with you and I've removed you from the practice." This man (ADAM) took it upon himself to basically emotionally tear me apart for no reason at all. I was a confused patient trying to understand what was happening, and why he was refusing to give me the note. When he realized I was becoming visibly upset he told me that I could now come next week and handed me an appointment reminder and told me that it would have to do as the letter I really needed, we wouldn't write.. Mind you this appointment reminder didn't even have the date on it.

If he had let me explain why the note was so important I would have explained that unfortunately I have to wear an ankle bracelet. (not that it matters but just to put it out there I'm not convicted of a crime) Part of the bracelet protocol states that I can't leave the state of NH unless it's for a medical reason which requires documentation. I also have to call in and let them know whenever I'm leaving my house and where I'm going. Then while out I need to keep them constantly updated as to where I am. This is no joke of a program.

Adam not taking 15 seconds to simply write the note saying I was there for my appointment which was cancelled could literally end up causing me to sit in jail for several days.

Going to a therapist can be stressful to begin with. Having to deal with extremely rude and unprofessional staff makes it even worse. It's really too bad because Peter and John the two Therapists I saw were great. Unless I hear back from them with an apology I certainly won't be back.

I left there office shacking and crying thinking about the possibility I'd having to go back to jail all because of someone's poor attitude and unwillingness to help someone. Adam my Friend, you're in the wrong line of work. People like you should not be around people looking for help.
