They never rush my appointment. Dr. Bickner lets me say everything I need to say. The conversation is pretty much led by me. He then makes observations and offers encouragement and always has me leave with a plan on how to make my life easier. Their office is one of the quietest, most peaceful places you can find. I am able to relax there very easily. I will definitely refer any of my friends and family here who are seeking counseling. We live in a very stressful society and I think more people should know about them and other mental health experts as well. Dr. Bickner is a caring man whose personality will draw you in. I really can tell that he cares about me. He is old enough to have a lot of life experience, which I like. The entire staff is always very calm and understanding. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm definitely going to recommend them to all my friends and family members.
