I have been a patient of this office for many years, I called and spoke to the office manager Serena. She is the most heartless rude condescending person I have ever spoken with. I will be reporting her and this business to the better business bureau and any and all that will listen. She does not need to work with the public.Especially individuals with mental or emotional issues. We are human beings. You need to look at yourself in the mirror Serena and ask yourself are you really proud of the way you treat people.I will be reporting her to the Kansas board of Healing arts, BBB, American Psychiatric Association, Kansas Department for aging and disability and any one else I can. I will not let this go and let her speak to another human being this way, without repercussion.
