the therapist we saw here was wonderful. the appointment canceling policy was disabling. my son had major illness and if he could not make an appointment, even with a ER notification, they would not see him again unless he paid $110. another time my call finally went through and made me 3 minutes late for it to be considered 24hour notice. the business office refused to work with me even though my son was in crisis and soon after that date he attempted suicide. this was in 2011-12.
