I had a very poor experience with Dr. Aaron. Many of the sessions were belittling and degrading. I was shocked at some of the things he said to me, including almost outright blaming me for traumas I had endured as well placing blame on me for some of these traumas. The blame and undeniable dislike for me was clearly displaced, but it made for uncomfortable sessions that I hoped would've been helpful. Instead, my self-esteem and communication skills suffered, even after I explained to him that I felt that he was treating and judging me unfairly. I asked him to help me move forward with certain aspects in my life and he seemed unwilling to explore this with me and only wanted to delve deeper into issues that seemed to be at an impasse. As dramatic as this may sound, I feel as though therapy with Dr. Aaron was traumatic for me, and I still am upset and confused at some of the things that were said to me in the office. This experience was the opposite of therapeutic!
