Physical Therapy does NOT have to hurt. This is a gentle yet powerful approach to healing. Our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself. I had been suffering with chronic back pain for almost 10 years--existing on pain killers in order to function.I have 2 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs. In just 5 treatments, the level of pain began to lessen and within 6 months I experienced my first pain free day/week. Unless I do something I shouldn't (lifting heavy objects, etc) I am pain free more than 80% of the time.
