Personal Training Program
The personal training program offers members one-on-one (or two-on-one) assistance with our Certified Fitness Therapists. We customize members exercise program based on individual needs, abilities, and goals. Additionally we monitor their progress at every session, coaching them to new and exciting levels of mobility and greater independence.
Quadriciser Program
The Quadriciser program allows members to utilize the Quadriciser with or without the assistance of their caregivers. TheraFit staff is always on hand to assist and guide members through the use of the Quadriciser and other equipment. We develop a comprehensive individualized exercise program that the member can work on by him or herself either at the center or at home.
