I’ve been working with Monica for the past 2 ½ years on the Create the Body YOU Want program. It started out as a way to get back into shape, but it has turned out to be so much more. Not only did I create the BODY I wanted but I also created the LIFE I wanted. Monica has taught me to be open minded about every aspect of my life. Knowledge is power and Monica has truly empowered me throughout my journey. With her guidance we cleaned up my diet and learned about the foods that worked best for me. I learned how to cook healthy, simple meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. Cooking used to be a chore, but now I enjoy trying new recipes and my family is reaping the benefits. I have learned a lot about myself since I’ve been working with Monica. She has challenged me to improve aspects of my life I wanted to improve: nutrition, exercise and relationships. Unlike other programs, Monica understands that one size does not fit all and each client receives advice based on their own individual needs.
I recently had a baby girl in September. Working with Monica throughout my pregnancy was one of the best things I have done. Maintaining a regular exercise routine and eating healthy helped me to keep my weight gain to a healthy level and keep my energy up. I was up and about walking around until the day I delivered. Being healthy and fit before, during and after my pregnancy helped me lose the baby weight faster than I did with my son 3 years ago. I lost the 26 lbs I gained during the pregnancy and was wearing my pre-pregnancy jeans within 4 weeks! At 3 months post partum I now weigh less than I did pre-pregnancy.
