I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
