About

Amy Fair

Our bodies live on a battlefield. Though the landscapes and strategies differ from person to person, our bodies are taxed by our lifestyles and bear far more of our load than we often realize. The reality is that life is demanding. Our bodies must find a way to continue to meet those demands day in and day out. While our activities stretch and extend us beyond our comfort zone, which is necessary for growth and expansion, we must also have periods of rest where we can recover and be restored to capacities greater than before.

Warrior's Respite Massage Therapy, managed and owned by Amy Fair, is here to facilitate the maintanence and recovery of your body from the demands put on it by your hectic life, no matter what your battlefield looks like. My aim is to keep your body functioning in tip-top condition so that it lasts longer, recovers faster, and is less prone to both chronic and acute injuries.
