I am lost for words on how they have done me so wrong here in the past few months. This office failed to tell me my insurance was no longer in their network since it had changed. They just assumed since it was in the system and could have let me know ahead of time it did not cover as usual and I would have a decent amount of out of pocket fees but instead I find out after the work is done and I owe this amount I was not aware of. I gave the ladies at the desk my card to put on file which in the past they had always sent me a bill via mail. I let them know I didnt have much money on it at the time but I could call when I got paid and verify a payment. As SOON as my check hit the bank they took $50 dollars out. I called and let them know how upset I was because I was under the wrong impression. I let Stacy know I wanted my card to be removed from my file and they can send me a paper bill because I would pay them when I pay them. Next pay period rolls around and they decide to take the FULL amount I owe left of $119 with NO AUTHORIZATION from myself. AFTER I stated to remove my card from file. Their justification for it is I am financial responsible. That DOES not mean take my money as soon as I get paid. It was much money I owed them but I am appalled how they would take from me without speaking with me first. They wont release my xrays and they are RUDE! I would NEVER go back there and I cant believe how money hungry they are. I would NEVER recommend this place. They don't care if your insurance is in network they just want their money. They never quoted my bill until after the cleaning and xrays than said "Ooops your insurance changed and we didnt realize you'd owe so much" Isn't that their job? Poor communication and POOR attitudes.
