This review is for the associate Catherine, that works for Dr. LeFever. Dr. LeFever is very nice, but her associate Catherine was very rude and treated me as a second class citizen. Such rude treatment should not be tolerated, and I hope Dr. LeFever is aware of this, as I was never able to talk to Dr. LeFever after it was Dr. LeFever that told me to call and make an appointment, saying she could help me.

Such disorganization. The first time I called there was no calendar set up. Maybe the electricity went out. The second time I called the person did not have a pen. The third time I called the person answering had to find a piece of paper to take a message. All I got was a very mean person (Catherine or Katherine?) talking to me shortly and rudely. This is what Catherine said to me today, "YOU CAN'T COME HERE!!!" ...

Luckily, I called back Dr. Mizogushi's very nice assistant and found that North Coast Opthalmology has very highly respected Ophthalmology doctors, and they will accept my insurance which is Medicare and Partnership, without any referral, and so this is where I will be going in the future, since Dr. Mizogushi's Office does not take Partnership and a person is not allowed to pay for a refraction out of their own pocket. Medicare does not cover refractions to get eye glasses.

Just don't bother with this office. They will not see you and will be very rude to you if you have Partnership Insurance.
