Janine’s philosophy for health and wellbeing is to take the whole person into account for each and every session. Give each client the tools they need to succeed in a pain free life. Every Individuals’ goals, health history, and feedback are taken into account to create a personalized health plan. A variety of techniques and modalities will be used to give the best results. The modalities she may incorporate include: Swedish Relaxation techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myo-fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. Even if the goal is strictly with relaxation, every client should leave feeling wonderful and knowing they have made a positive impact on their overall health and wellbeing.

A graduate of the prestigious Atlanta School of Massage, an accredited massage therapy program located in Atlanta, Georgia. Janine’s dream is to create a positive, safe environment where she can help people and make a real difference. In 2010 after 24 years of design and illustration in corporate America (including 8 years as a medical Illustrator), she joined the team at Massage Solutions in Douglasville, GA with the ultimate goal of creating a complete wellness center in Villa Rica.Janine’s philosophy for health and wellbeing is to take the whole person into account for each and every session.
