I have been licensed in TN since 2003. My primary goal as a massage therapist is to relieve your stress and strain patterns. Each person is unique and their muscular and nervous system responds uniquely to different techniques. I do an evaluation on each person and work with a plan to bring about the best relief of stress and strain patterns as possible. I am Chattanooga's only Primal Reflex Release Technique practioner. PRRT is a gentle manual therapy that down-regulates over stimulated areas of the body and resets the circuitry of the nervous system reducing sensitivity. I am also skilled in Craniosacral Myofascial Release, Myoskelatal Alignment Technique, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage using the Lymph Star Pro.I utilize my experience and training to ensure that my clients recieve the relief they seek.
