Donald Cratchy received his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1999 and his master's degree in community counseling from Winona State University in 2006. He first became a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in 2006, and then an independently licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in 2008.
