I am a practicing chiropractor specializing in manual therapy for muscle, joint and nerve pain. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, I have practiced Sports Medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer in High Schools, Colleges and with professional athletes since 2002. I have taken my skills in exercise and rehabilitation programs and brought them to Chiropractic care. Services I use a systems approach to treating pain, using functional movement assessments to identify mobility, stability and joint dysfunction. Conditions treated include: Neck Pain, back pain, headaches, scoliosis, whiplash, auto accidents, sports injuries, carpal tunnel, shoulder injuries, weight loss and much more. I use manual adjusting techniques including Diversified, SOT, Drop Adjusting, Flexion Distraction, Pettibon, CBP, CLEAR Institute and more. I also use instrument adjusting and follow the Activator Methods protocols when needed or requested. I treat soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfers elbow using vibration massage, myofascial release and instrument assisted treatments (Graston). Therapeutic Exercise plans are based on the work of Gray Cook, the Selective Functional Movement Analysis and Stuart McGill. Dr Joe corrected an abnormal curve in my neck, the pain had bothered me for years. Surgeons had advised me to fuse it! Dr Joe used technics I had never experienced before. He is the best chiropractor I have seen in 25 years! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
