I specialize in helping people correct lifestyle imbalances that contribute to unhappiness and chronic disease. I have a M.S. degree in psychology with a specialization in Health Psychology. I have experience as a psychotherapist and addictions counselor. I am passionate about teaching stress reduction, addressing weight concerns, and speaking to a range of groups on these and many other topics.

I use a variety of evidence based approaches to help clients determine which areas in their lives they would like to improve. I use a variety of strategies including teaching meditation, guided imagery, relaxation, and many other integrative mental health strategies.
