Carlene was very ignorant and said to go somewhere else for my eye care. Fine. Will do!! Have always liked Dr.Begg, have been a patient there for years, along with the other members of my family, but I won't continue to deal with a receptionist/assistant like that. Michelle was always very friendly, but is now gone. Hours aren't the best, and ordering contacts takes forever because they wait until they have so many orders and then submit the order.

The appointment was on time and professional. The prices for frames fit very well with my plan (Davis Vision). I got a new set of glasses, and replacement lenses for another for about what I paid at the mall for one set two years ago.
