I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They told me I needed the same glasses and contacts prescription as I have always had, but I'm still not seeing perfectly. I think that I might need to go somewhere else.
