Well, at first we thought he was awesome, and helped us a lot when my husband went on medicare. We needed to get a supplemental policy, and he matched us up perfectly. However, a couple of years in, we drastically changed our mind about our opinion of him.
My husband received a notice that the insurance company was no longer going to offer that policy in NC. My husband would be without insurance in a couple of months. We called Mr. Roesel, always got the voicemail option, and left him a message countless times. He never returned our calls, resulting in a lapse in coverage. I finally called the state and asked them what to do. They helped move him into a similar policy, but we still had several months without insurance.

To this day, Mr. Roesel has never called us. I would really like to know what happened....
