I found the Clifton facility to be nicely decorated and clean, the staff very pleasant and the scheduling easy enough to accommodate my needs. However, once there the waiting time was long and the time the doctor actually spent with you, rather short. The medical care I got was good. The thing that I really want to point out is that from an administrative perspective this place is awful and highly insensitive to the needs of their patients. I had to call numerous times, have numerous conversations, leave numerous messages before my disability papers were finally completed and sent to me. I personally handed in the paperwork....one sheet....on August 4th and it took until August 17th before I got it back. This is completely unacceptable, as it caused a financial hardship for me. State disability finally paid me in early September, just as I was returning to work. Additionally, I was denied a temporary disability parking tag. This I found to be totally out of line and downright wrong as I had a cast on for weeks and then a boot to aid in walking, which did not return to normal for weeks more. All this through the heat of the summer, when I truly need it to make life just a little easier. I most certainly did qualify, under NJ guidelines, for the parking tag, whereas the doctor said I did not. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
