Hi! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
