Dani uses an eclectic and multi-disciplined approach to psychotherapy. Counseling can include validating ones thoughts, ideas, and behaviors. In some situations clients are confronted regarding behaviors that continue unhealthy cycles. Clients who have experienced traumatic events or experienced abuse are assisted in rephrasing these events from a victimization frame of mind to a survivor's mentality. Dani uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques to help clients develop insight and coping skills to improve their lives and relationships. She takes a holistic approach to therapy and believes in helping others through healing and compassion.
