Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Prior to coming to this office I had a bit of a dental phobia. I now know that I am in good hands. They have never recommended a treatment to me that I did not agree with and were very willing to explain things to me to help me to understand why certain procedures were necessary, and have always presented me with more than one option when appropriate. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
